The Single Family Home market had conservative gains in 2017, finishing the year up about 7.4%, with median prices at $775,000. As of March 1st, 2018, single-family homes have jumped up to a median price of $940,000 year to date; a gain of over 21% in just two months! The inventory for moderately priced homes is low, so an influx of new inventory this spring may temper this median price a bit, but it would appear the single-family home market is gearing up to make some impressive moves in 2018! If you’ve been considering listing your home, now is the perfect time to get your listing ready and have it in front of all the spring and summer buyers.
