So we’ve already made it pretty clear that with a season total snowfall of 616″, the best spring conditions, and the deepest snowpack in the country, Mammoth is going to be a skiing haven for the next two months. But, what about the summertime stuff?

Well, golf begins June 9 and the bike park opens up at lower elevations on June 23. The scenery should be pretty unbelievable on the hiking and biking trails, as lakes and waterfalls should be full and the trees/flowers should be in full bloom after all the snow and rain showers this past winter. Unfortunately, the Mammoth Lakes Basin, Reds Meadow, and Tioga Pass do not have a set reopen date yet, but we’re keeping our eyes and ears peeled!
