Ha-ha, get it? Tu-na? Tu-NA?… No?
Yeah well, me either but my supervisor was the one to make the joke sooo…..)

April 29th is approaching quickly and I’m sure all you fish lovers know what that means… fishmas is officially here! (Well, not here, here, but it almost is and that’s still just as exciting!) So don’t forget to make your way down to Mammoth April 29th for the opening day of the regular fishing season!

Fishmas Day will begin with an official celebration at Tom’s Place with exciting activities for the whole family. From a fishing derby with cash prizes to a 50/50 raffle for cash, this fishmas isn’t something to skip out on, so don’t forget to contact Tom’s Place Resort as advanced registration is required.

But hold on, there’s more where that came from! Because let’s be honest, how can fishmas really be fishmas without a few other activities to choose from? The Fred J. Hall Memorial Opening Day “Big Fish” Contest isn’t something to be overlooked either. All you have to do is bring your opening day catch to the Crowley Lake Fish Camp Tackle Shop for prizes and fame! Contact the Crowley Lake Fish Camp for more information.

And last – but definitely not least – is the Monster Fish contest at the June Lake Loop! With prizes awarded for the biggest trout caught by a local resident, a child, and a woman, fishmas opening day is just something you won’t want to miss!
