Shake, shimmy, & chardonnay your way to Mammoth!

Although my beverage of choice is usually beer, every once in a while, I just want to sip on a delicious glass of velvety red wine while munching on hors d’oeuvres in the elegance of a Sierra summer evening.  Fortunately for me, summer in Mammoth Lakes is filled vibrant events for your inner oenophile.

Kick it all off by joining in on the Mammoth Food & Wine Experience July 14-15. There will be over 25 wineries present serving up a variety of their best blends and some tapas to compliment them! This event will be held at The Village the first day and the Sierra Nevada Resort & Spa the following day. Proceeds will support higher education through the Mammoth Lakes Foundation.

If you’re interested in this event but your cravings for vino just won’t quit, don’t worry! The Mammoth Wine Weekend August 17-20 is sure to please your palate. Wine dinners will be hosted at the Parallax Restaurant and the Lakefront, followed by a Wine Walk in the Village where over 30 wineries will be offering tastings on 100+ vintages.

So, if you find yourself in Mammoth on one of these weekends, stop and small the rosés! Top the experience off with a stay at one of our fine Mammoth Lakes vacation homes.
